Campari Lounge Viennale 2023

Campari has a long-lasting global connection with film and cinema. As established sponsor of the Festival de Cannes and the Venice Film Festival, the brand also strives to connect with the local film festival. Therefore, the partnership with the Viennale film festival in Vienna was an obvious choice. Even though, Campari has been the official sponsor of the Viennale for numerous years, we were approached by the brand to make this year extra special. The main sponsor area was to be an exclusive Campari lounge at the festival main location in the Kunsthalle Vienna where guest could enjoy a Campari Spritz in a luxurious setting accompanied by regular DJ sets. For this area Campari imported an existing event bar from Italy and we designed the area around it, which we filled with projections, ample red lighting, a lounge area, a custom-made red mirror photo opportunity, a dance area, and a DJ stage.

We also built up the Campari bar for the opening party at the Vienna Rathaus and at two related events at the Lusthaus Vienna and at the Bar Campari in Vienna. For the event at the Lusthaus, we transformed the area where the bar was placed into a glamorous room full of reflection and shine. At the Bar Campari, we branded the existing back bar to promote the guest shift by the famous Camparino in Galleria Milan and we placed several brand tools including our custom designed Campari portal.
