Sensation Istanbul Production

Sensation is an indoor electronic dance music event organized by ID&T Holding B.V. and held annually since 2000 in the Netherlands and since 2005 all over the world.

When our Turkish partner, One Colony, came up with the idea to bring Sensation to Istanbul, they contacted us in the early stages to take control of contract negotiations with the Dutch organizers as well as the resulting overall project management for the show in Istanbul, Turkey. Our responsibilities included consulting and creating project plans, organization and project charts, human resources development and training, budget (agency and projects), rolling forecasts, cashflow planning, procurement, sponsoring, ticketing, contract negotiations, media plans and pr strategy, task planning, milestones, event-, site production and logistics.
