Canon at Photo + Adventure Messe 2023

The Photo+Adventure Messe is Austria's largest trade fair for the photo and print industry and therefore a key event for Canon to present its products to the austrian audience. After the very successful area we created for Canon in 2022, we were asked to again design a stand for them with the theme “Colour Your Adventure”.

Even though the location - Pyramide Wien in Vösendorf, Vienna – remained the same, we had to re-imagine the area to conform to a new set of brand guidelines provided by the client. Based on this, we built multiple areas on two levels, where visitors could try different products and learn more about photography and the Canon brand itself. Higher up, we created a special area with a view over the whole location for visitors to try out the newest telephoto lenses. Whilst on the ground floor we built the stand at a slight angle, which gave the area more dynamic and at the same time allowed us to create a special photo opportunity area behind the presentation space. The photo opportunity provided the visitors with interesting scenes to photograph, such as a walk-in space filled with reflective foil and lights, along with some floral arrangements for macro photography. We also added a silent disco area for entertainment purposes.
