FESTIVAL DEBUT FOR THE GOLDEN HOUR: APEROL AT SZIGET 2025
In summer 2025, Aperol Spritz celebrated its first-ever brand experience appearance at Sziget Festival in Budapest—one of Europe’s most iconic festivals, welcoming 416,000 visitors. Campari Austria entrusted us to create and manage the entire presence, from concept and design to logistics and on-site operations. The result was a vibrant festival world that brought Aperol’s golden hour to life on a spectacular scale.
A LANDMARK PRESENCE BUILT FOR VISIBILITY AND CONNECTION
Our design centred around a striking 10-metre circular floor and roof construction—an architectural highlight that ensured Aperol’s world was instantly recognisable on site. Visitors entered through a custom-built arch before discovering two fully equipped bars, a VIP terrace, generous festival-friendly seating, and interactive touchpoints around the “3-2-1” steps of the perfect Aperol Spritz. Every element was conceived to merge form and function: bold visibility for the brand, smooth hospitality for bartenders, and playful moments of engagement for guests.
KEY HIGHLIGHTS: A SPACE THAT INVITED TO STAY
- Two Bars: High-capacity setups designed for speed and visibility, ensuring Aperol Spritz was always within reach. One of the bars was an existing bar from the German brand market. The second bar was a later add on we constructed from in total 4 containers.
- VIP Terrace: A raised platform offering views across the festival grounds—exclusive yet open in spirit.
- Custom Entrance Arch: A bold, sculptural gateway marking Aperol’s territory at Sziget.
- Generous Seating: Festival-friendly furniture encouraging visitors to relax, recharge, and socialise.
- Interactive Games: Playful stations built around the “3-2-1 Aperol Spritz” ritual, blending education with entertainment.
CELEBRATING MUSIC, BRAND, AND COMMUNITY
Beyond area design and build, our team managed all logistics and on-site coordination, ensuring a flawless experience across the six days of Sziget. A highlight moment came when Kamrad performed on the adjacent stage, drawing crowds directly into the Aperol area and amplifying the brand’s golden hour atmosphere.

For Aperol Spritz, Sziget 2025 marked a milestone: a debut brand world in Austria and Central Eastern Europe, crafted to feel radiant, social, and unmistakably Aperol. For us, it was a project that combined scale, creativity, and precision execution—a festival debut we are proud to have brought to life.
