After two long years in lockdown, the mountains finally raved again in December 2022. We were excited to support Eristoff in bringing Eristoff Pink to Rave On Snow Festival and BERGFESTival in Saalbach-Hinterglemm.
We were responsible from start to finish for:
- transportation of existing tools to and from the festivals
- logistics of existing tools and promotion / sales needs on-site
- creating concepts for multiple promotions and sales areas
- managing an extensive promotion and sales activation at Rave On Snow Festival
- concepting and producing brand visibility tools (such as led logo totems, container roof logo extensions), promotor outfits, giveaways, print material, large aluminium pipe menu frames)
We came up with a promotion to encourage the guests to visit the many party locations spread over Saalbach-Hinterglem by having our promotors distribute collection cards attached to pink retractable card holders. The guests used these cards to collect stickers and could then receive a variety of cool pink giveaways. As part of the extensive promotion activities, we also turned two ski lift gondolas going up to Schattberg into an Eristoff Pink Party with lights, music, and free Eristoff Pink shots.
